Made in small batches with a carefully chosen selection of botanicals, our vermouth is the perfect way to open any get-together with friends.

- Winemaking
- 100% Monastrell. Made from a wine crafted with late-harvested Monastrell grapes, picked once they reached a minimum of 16% potential alcohol. Alcoholic fermentation follows the traditional method, but is stopped once it reaches 15% alcohol to preserve the grape's natural sugars. After fermentation, the vermouth is filtered and left to macerate with aromatic plants, roots and flowers in 700-litre French oak barrels for one month.
