Every harvest reflects the soil and climate of our land. Patiently aged in barrel, our red pairs just as well with an everyday table as with a special celebration.

- 50% Syrah and 50% Monastrell grapes, hand-selected and cut in the vineyard, transported in crates. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC for 10 days. Racked into oak barrels for a 30-day malolactic fermentation, then aged 8 months in second- and third-year oak barrels.
