Gently fermented to preserve its freshness, our white is ideal alongside appetizers, seafood, and summer evenings in good company.

- Powerful, with notes of green apple, pear and white flowers with a citrus touch.

- Winemaking
- Grape varieties: Verdejo and Riesling. Vineyards sit at an altitude of 500–700 metres above sea level, on rocky, limestone soil. Harvest: Verdejo in late August, Riesling in early September, picked by machine at night. Winemaking: cold-pressed and fermented under controlled temperature, never exceeding 18ºC.
